Digital Preservation and Scholarly Content Accessibility
Journal of Computer Science and Technology Application (CORISINTA) is committed to maintaining the accessibility, availability, and integrity of its published scholarly content. As an open-access journal, CORISINTA supports the long-term dissemination of academic research and encourages the responsible preservation and sharing of published articles through institutional repositories, academic platforms, and other appropriate digital channels. All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing readers worldwide to access and reuse scholarly materials under the terms of the license.
The Journal of Computer Science and Technology Application (CORISINTA) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of its published scholarly content. To support the continuity of the academic record, CORISINTA utilizes distributed digital archiving systems that allow participating libraries to preserve and maintain permanent copies of published journal content for preservation and restoration purposes.
CORISINTA implements the following digital preservation systems:
CORISINTA utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to support distributed digital preservation among participating libraries. This system allows participating institutions to create and maintain permanent archives of journal content, helping ensure that published scholarly materials remain available for future access and restoration.
CORISINTA also utilizes the CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) preservation system as part of its distributed archiving strategy. Through participating archival institutions, CLOCKSS supports the creation of permanent digital archives and provides a preservation mechanism intended to maintain access to scholarly publications when the original source becomes unavailable.
Through LOCKSS and CLOCKSS, CORISINTA supports the long-term preservation of its scholarly publications and the continuity of the academic record. These preservation arrangements contribute to the reliability, accessibility, and sustainability of published research for the international academic community.
CORISINTA encourages authors to disseminate their published research through recognized institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, personal academic websites, university digital libraries, and appropriate scholarly networking platforms. Authors are permitted to deposit and share the final published version of their articles, also known as the Version of Record (VoR), without an additional journal-imposed embargo.
Authors may distribute their published articles immediately after publication, provided that the original work is properly acknowledged and the applicable licensing conditions are respected. This policy supports broader research visibility, academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the accessibility of scientific information across institutions and geographical boundaries.
When depositing an article in an external repository or sharing it through an academic platform, authors should ensure that the deposited document corresponds to the official published version. The original journal title, article information, publication details, and DOI should remain identifiable to preserve the accuracy and traceability of the scholarly record.
CORISINTA publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license permits users to copy, redistribute, remix, adapt, and build upon published materials for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the source.
Users who redistribute or reuse CORISINTA publications must provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and publication source. The attribution should include the article title, journal name, publication year, volume, issue, and page numbers where applicable. The official DOI link should also be included whenever available to direct readers to the original publication.
Any redistribution or adaptation of published material must include a reference to the applicable CC BY 4.0 license. Users must also clearly indicate whether modifications have been made to the original work. These requirements ensure that the original authors receive appropriate recognition while allowing scholarly knowledge to be shared and developed further.
The Version of Record (VoR) refers to the final published article made available through the official CORISINTA website. This version represents the authoritative publication record and includes the final article content, bibliographic information, and assigned DOI. Authors and readers are encouraged to use and reference this official version when citing, sharing, or depositing published research.
If an article is subsequently subject to a formal correction, retraction, or other editorial update, users and repository administrators are encouraged to refer to the corresponding editorial notice published by CORISINTA. Any previously deposited version should maintain a clear reference to the official journal record and relevant editorial updates. This approach helps preserve transparency, research accountability, and the integrity of the scholarly publication record.
CORISINTA provides immediate open access to all published articles, making scholarly content freely available to readers without subscription requirements or payment barriers. Readers are permitted to access, read, download, share, and reuse published materials in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. Through this approach, the journal seeks to promote wider academic participation, support the exchange of scientific knowledge, and increase the global visibility of research in computer science and technology applications.
For further information regarding digital preservation, repository deposits, article availability, or publication records, authors and readers may contact the CORISINTA Editorial Office.
