Author Guidelines
Articles should be written in English, using a single-column layout. The author’s name must not appear on the article document but should be entered in the metadata on the CORISINTA Open Journal System (OJS) platform. Authors are required to complete their profile on OJS, including First, Middle, and Last Name (if a single name is used, fill both first and last name with the same name), Gender, Initials, Username, Password, Affiliation (University or Institution), Email, Mailing Address (full affiliation address including street, city, province, and zip code), Country, and Bio Statement (Department or Faculty).
Article Structure
The article should include the following sections: TITLE, ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, ACKNOWLEDGMENT, and REFERENCES. Authors may also structure subsections similarly if the content aligns.
-
TITLE: A concise title that reflects the content of the research and attracts academic interest. Titles should be 8-12 words (excluding articles like "the," "a," or "an") and use phrases rather than sentences.
-
ABSTRACT: A standalone summary of the article, including objectives, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion. Recommendations may be included if relevant. The abstract should be 150-250 words, concise, with no background information, references, or mention of figures/tables.
-
KEYWORDS: Select 3-5 specific terms or phrases from the title or abstract that represent the content.
-
INTRODUCTION: Describes the background, significance, and objectives of the research, including a brief literature review. It should highlight the novelty of the study and contextualize it within existing research.
-
METHODS: Clearly outlines the research design and methods, including replicable procedures, data collection, and analysis processes.
-
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:
- Results: Present findings without interpretation, beginning with a narrative overview and referencing tables and figures. Tables must not be screenshots, and should contain at least two rows and columns. Figures should be submitted as supplementary files if needed.
- Discussion: Interpret the findings in relation to existing knowledge, connecting back to the Introduction and explaining how the study contributes to the body of knowledge and societal understanding.
-
CONCLUSION: Summarizes key findings and suggests potential directions for future research.
-
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Mention funding sources and individuals or organizations that provided support or peer review.
-
REFERENCES: Should include at least 80% recent primary sources (e.g., journal articles, conference papers) from the past five years. References should follow IEEE style, and authors are encouraged to use a reference manager such as Mendeley or Zotero.
Submission Preparation Checklist
Authors must confirm their submission complies with the following:
- The article is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere (or an explanation is provided in the Comments to the Editor).
- The file format is Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
- The text meets the formatting and bibliographic guidelines as outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- For peer-reviewed sections, instructions to ensure a Double-Blind Review have been followed.
